We accept most PPO insurance plans, and will gladly assist you in checking eligibility. Please bring the necessary documents with you to your first visit.
Insurance policies generally cover only a portion of the total treatment cost. Therefore, we ask that you pay your portion of the bill at the time of treatment. Also note that it is your responsibility to pay any balance not paid by your insurance company.
We also accept payments made by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Care Credit cards.
